Prior to completing the payment process for your order, Vetaas Nature team will verify your mailing address and pin code in its database. Please give us with a different shipping address that we anticipate having on our partner’s or merchant’s delivery list in the event that our delivery partners, the merchant, or the area cannot fulfil your order. In the event that there is a disagreement over the delivery of a good or service to a region that Vetaas Nature does not serve, Vetaas Nature will not be held liable for the failure to provide the good. Vetaas Nature doesn’t ship merchandise abroad.

Shipping charges:
In India, most things come with FREE shipping from sellers. Depending on the nature of the goods, some items may require shipment. The shipping costs for international orders vary depending on the item and are clearly stated on the product page. Additionally, as sellers are free to set their own prices and prices stated in INR are just for India, prices may fluctuate for different countries to account for shipping expenses.

How are Deliveries made?
We make an effort to handle all deliveries using reputable courier services like Bluedart, DTDC and DHL. We use Indian Speed Post for some deliveries when the pin code or zip code cannot be served by these courier services. We will get in touch with you and attempt to arrange a convenient alternative delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners if there is no courier service offered in your neighborhood.
